Settings are the invisible brain. Set them once per store; every draft, list, reprice, and tracking job follows them.
Repricing settings: enable auto reprice; minimum profit (or %); how far under sold prices to stay; floor above Amazon cost so you never sell at a loss; OOS / end rules when stock dies.
Safe Price & competitive band: default −1% under sold signal; optional tighter undercut vs competitors. always clipped by your floor.
Listing template: store nickname, location, shipping/return profile, item specifics style, description HTML/banner. New listings inherit this look.
Publish schedule: rate like “100 per 24h” instead of blasting inventory. Protects eBay account health and keeps traffic looking natural.
Tracking / Aquiline: enable Aquiline auto-assign; link Amazon buyer profiles; refresh open trackings on a timer so AQ numbers update and push to eBay.
Fulfillment: which Amazon buyer account places orders; Aquiline profile follows that buyer. Keep sticky pins healthy for AO.
VeRO / blocked brands: brands you never list. Saves bans and wasted scrapes.
Multi-store: each store has its own plan and usage. Dropenza does not share the same ASIN across your active stores. exclusivity is enforced so stores don’t cannibalize each other.
Price & stock monitoring: continuous watch on supplier cost/stock; reprice or end according to your rules without babysitting every ASIN.
